Privacy notice
Last updated: October 2026. This notice explains what EETS (a venture of Provantic Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru) collects through this early access site and how it is used, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Eaters: name, mobile number, optional email, area, optional college or office, and invite code.
- Restaurants: restaurant name, owner name, mobile number, area, number of outlets, approximate daily delivery orders, current billing software and the services you're interested in.
- Basic technical data such as a one-way hashed IP address, used only to block spam and abuse.
Why we collect it
- To hold your place on the early access list and tell you when EETS opens in your area.
- To run the invite queue and the Campus Wars leaderboard (only the college name and signup count are shown publicly, never your name).
- To contact founding restaurants about the programme before launch.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We only share it with service providers who help us run this site (such as our hosting provider), under confidentiality.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to the contact below. We keep early access data until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
